The temperature is back to 30 degree now. Probably this would be the last chance to wear silk tops with espadrilles.

I'm ready for fall now. but sadly there are only a few pieces left in the apartment for me to wear til I move to Tokyo...

As I said in the previous post...I had my eyes on these espadrilles a loong time ago since the first time I saw them @ Barneys.

Sorry I'm posting some similar photos but I just LOVE how they make the look so casual and laid back but sooo polished at the same time!!




haha see these dirty soles.... it was the third day I wore these....



One of my friends told me "how can you tell it's louboutin!!! it's wedges! you cant see the soles"
well haha I think you can tell if you know it!!!! they are just sooo perfect for everything!


And there was another episode about these when I was trying on tons of shoes in the Beverly Hills Barneys. I had my left foot in the louboutin espadrille and I was trying on a Givenchy sandal on my right foot. One girl was in front of the mirror right beside me trying on the same espadrilles and she kept telling her friend "omg omg omg I love these shooooes they are sooo cute" and then I looked at her telling her I bought these tooo! then she asked me how they feel ,etc. I told her I LOVE THEM and Ive been wearing them since when I bought them! Then she made up her mind pretty much trying to find these sandals in her size and kept telling her friend sitting on the couch beside us "Look at her shoes!! She said she loooves them!! "
haha it was so much fun and I was really happy to see someone else trying on the same shoes!!

BTW, I just took a few photos of some of my new stuff :P

Poncho and espadrilles

When I was in San Francisco last week, I got this poncho from H&M before I get on the ferry to see the Golden Gate bridge...because of the wind...
And yet it was still freezing...

anyways... I LOVE it!!

For those who are lazy like me...this would be the best thing I guess..
put it over anything and you are done.










These photos were taken in SF or Hearst Castle..
I almost wore this poncho everyday during the trip because of either the icy weather at night or the boiling sunlight in the day...
and the camel color totally matches the leopard ponyhair Louboutins. I've been obssessed with them ever since I saw them online haha!

Boot season and knockoffs - [PART 1]

got an email from Saks this morning and checked bootie section..

hmmmmmmm.

what I felt was...ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
I don't know why Saks put these Dolce Vita booties on the website while you sell the real Margiela ones too???



I don't hate Dolce Vita. but I just cannot understand why so many shoe makers are getting their hands on knockoffs... DV used to have a lot of their own designs so why do they have to do the knockoffs.. it makes me change my opinions on their brand image.

and Giuseppe has some pairs that look like McQueen or Givenchy...
oh well..

and here are also the Loeffler Randall booties that totally remind me of the Louboutin booties this season.



of course the price difference is a lot. but knockoff is knockoff. you know it too.

Nice Brian Atwood. Though the shape of the heels look kinda like the nail heel booties from Margiela years ago.


The new Chloe booties look like the new versions of the ones they had last year.
Lovely tan colors and nice shape.


Dolce & Gabbana vs House of Harlow...

LOOK AT THESE!! do you know which is which??

so Dolce & Gabbana on the left and House of Harlow on the right.
I think they are both lovely. but definitely Dolce wins!!
it's not just about covering the shoe with lace that one person can easily imagine..IMO
the ruched Lace with the layers are just beautiful. and of course the lace pattern itself is amazing.



NINA RICCI!!!!AMAZING!!!! Guess I love the ruched silhouette anyways and heels are sooo cute!!
